YouTube Video
I prefer using YouTube for long videos.
Below is an example of an embedded YouTube video. The video is from a music client of mine. I gave the video a sliver border, and set the video to allow for fullscreen mode (this is optional). The video also has a link to the YouTube page where the video came from. The size of the video is also optional. There are three links at the end of the video. The top link replays the video. The next two links are for web developers, and when right clicked provide several options. Placing your cursor over the video when it's playing,reveals the controls, which includes a sound control, a link to the YouTube website, and full screen link.
